Lean Management

Qualification program Lean Management & Digitalisierung at Ruhr-University Bochum

LMX is a founding partner of the Instituts für Wertschöpfungsexzellenz (IWEX) at the Ruhr University Bochum and thus has a direct university connection.

IWEX bundles the diverse know-how from science and business in order to pass it on within the framework of training events and coaching. The LPS Learning and Research Factory with its modern, extensive equipment plays a decisive role in this. Seminar participants find a realistic environment here, can directly apply the knowledge imparted and experience the effects for themselves.

LMX is a long-standing cooperation partner of the Maschinenbau-Institut (Education academy of the VDMA).

The following trainings are conducted in cooperation:

Senior Lean Digital Expert Learning Program

Brief description

18-day Senior Lean Digital Expert Training for process trendsetters and sparring partners of management in production and support areas for value creation in smart factories. 3 modules are completed over approximately 8 months.

The program offers coordinated sessions: virtual training under the guidance of a trainer, real Gemba live sessions via web, online self-study learning, virtual coaching at the workplace until certification as a Senior Lean Digital Expert. Participants will receive the certificate after successful training, masterpiece and online test.

The execution of the certification project consistently follows the training modules and delivers qualitative and quantitative results up to 200 k€.
